Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Hilton Hotels Corporation. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional employee relations services to our hotel, ensuring a positive and productive work environment for all staff members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-class employee relations services to the hotel, including managing employee relations issues, disciplinaries, grievances, and capability
  • Assist the HR Director with Human Resources strategy and manage succession planning with senior managers during the bi-annual appraisal process
  • Support managers to ensure the success of their teams and ensure recruitment and selection process is adhered to
  • Manage employee relations issues in a confidential manner, including disciplinaries, grievances, and capability
  • Ensure completion of management reports for head office and region, control costs, and assist in meeting hotel/departmental financial targets
  • Ensure pay reviews/absence monitoring/wage queries are managed in line with company guidelines
  • Work with local organisations and schools to promote the hospitality industry
Requirements
  • Previous HR managerial experience
  • CIPD qualified
  • Positive attitude
  • Good communication and people skills
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service, both internally and externally
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to work on their own or in teams
