Job Title: Trade Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Trade Marketing Manager to join our team in Italy. As a key member of our Sales & Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of trade marketing strategies and plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective commercialization and execution of our brand portfolio.
  • Provide strategic input into the situation analysis of the consumer, trade, and business issues and opportunities across the portfolio.
  • Act as a strong integrator between Sales & Marketing, driving cross-functional cooperation and leading integrated marketing plans development, implementation, and execution.
  • Develop PICOS and channels segmentation.
  • Support the Advocacy Manager in leading the Trade Advocacy agenda, coaching, and supervising Brand Ambassadors.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable commercial experience (marketing, sales, or trade marketing) of which, at least 2 years to include people management responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering brand & channel growth in a highly competitive environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; able to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all levels of internal and external contacts and with diverse cultures.
  • Fluent Italian & English, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to travel extensively up to 30% of the time.
