Job Overview
The De'Longhi Group is seeking a skilled HRIS Systems Administrator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the efficient operation of HR systems, including data maintenance, analytics, and interface management.
- Provide training and support to key users on HRIS modules, including Employee Central, Performance, Compensation, and Learning.
- Develop and implement reporting dashboards using HR KPIs based on business requirements.
- Maintain system configuration, workflow, approvers, and permission groups.
- Collaborate with IT teams to monitor and maintain interfaces linked to Pulse (payroll and other IT systems).
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HRIS administration, preferably in a company or consultancy firm.
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central.
- Experience with system implementations, deployments, upgrades, and patches is a plus.
- Proficiency in Office Automation tools (Office/Google Suite) and Excel, including complex formulas and pivot tables.
- Fluent English language skills are mandatory.
Salary Range: €50,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
