Job Responsibilities

The HRIS Systems Administrator is responsible for the administration of HR systems, ensuring their proper functioning and correct usage by key users within the De'Longhi Group.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Support & Training:
    • Provide support to key users on HRIS modules, including Employee Central, Performance, Compensation, and Learning;
    • Offer training on the system to key users for all modules in scope;
    • Create and update training materials for all modules in scope;
  • Data Maintenance:
    • Perform regular data control and data cleaning activities;
    • Support data entry processes as needed (EC, Performance, Compensation, and LMS);
    • Manage massive imports as needed;
  • Data Analytics:
    • Develop and prepare standard and ad-hoc reporting with HR KPIs based on business requirements;
    • Implement new dashboards from multiple data sources through Ingentis;
  • Interfaces Management and System Configuration:
    • Maintain system configuration, including business rules, workflow, approvers, and permission groups;
    • Monitor and maintain all interfaces linked to Pulse (payroll and other IT systems);
    • Participate in the continuous development, adoption, testing, and maintenance of HR systems;
  • Organization and Processes:
    • Participate in new projects, such as the implementation of new modules and/or new functionalities;

Job Profile

Qualifications, Knowledges:

  • Preferred degree in Economy, Maths, Statistics, Engineering, or Information Technology;
  • 3+ years of experience within the HRIS world as project manager/analyst/specialist in a company or consultancy firm;
  • Knowledge of HRIS systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on the Employee Central module;
  • Experience with system implementations, deployments, upgrades, and patches is a plus;

Soft skills:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Ability to work independently, but also as a team player in a multi-cultural environment;
  • Problem-solving and customer care approach;
  • Critical thinking;

Capabilities:

  • Proficiency with Office Automation tools (Office/Google Suite);
  • Main focus on Excel: comfortable with complex formulas, such as vlookup, index-match, if-then-else, pivot tables, etc.;
  • Quantitative and qualitative analytical skills applicable to large data sets;
  • Fluent English (mandatory).
