About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Account Manager to join our Consumer Panel Services team at NielsenIQ. As a key member of our Italian team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion of our Consumer Panel Data services in the region.

Key responsibilities
  1. Partner with our Account Development Team to identify new business opportunities and drive penetration in existing clients.
  2. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand our Consumer Panel Data services.
  3. Collaborate with our production and delivery teams to ensure seamless delivery of our services to clients.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  5. Accurately forecast sales revenue and manage the sales pipeline to meet commercial targets.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of sales leadership experience in the FMCG sector.
  • Proven experience in the area of Homescan panels and Homescan analytics.
  • Good level of analytics skills.
  • Fluent in English and Italian.
  • Proven experience successfully meeting sales revenues and targets for area or product line.
  • Strong engagement and communication skills, as well as excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Strategic mind for generating new sales and experience in group presentations and proposal writing.
