Job Purpose:

As an Internal Sales Executive at TD SYNNEX, you will be responsible for co-owning accounts with FSE / IKAM for our largest customers, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and developing new sales opportunities. You will also be responsible for key account management for a defined set of mid-sized partners across our portfolio, with incentives based on total portfolio performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Maximize call potential and outcomes using various sources to gather customer information.
  • Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers.
  • Engage in conversations with customers to understand their business requirements and offer recommendations to enhance the value proposition.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and margin targets for aligned customers/segments.
  • Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Develop partner relationships, including account planning, cross-selling, and providing product information, pricing, special offers, and promotions.
  • Attain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as daily talk time and outbound calls.
  • Sell the benefits of using TD SYNNEX and our company value proposition.
  • Identify project opportunities and engage with BDM/ISS for specific product/vendor knowledge.
  • Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting.
  • Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.
  • Maintain a well-organized CRM system with accurate customer information.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of relevant professional experience in sales.
  • Excellent product knowledge.
  • Strong sales skills and a proven track record.
  • Numerate with good attention to detail.
  • Excellent telephone manner.
  • Priority management and planning skills.
  • Strive to achieve set targets.
  • Understands Sales Process.
  • Effective Communication Skills.
  • Very good relationship building.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
