Job Title: Quality and Food Safety Specialist

Lavorint Spa, a leading company in the food industry, is seeking a highly skilled Quality and Food Safety Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety in our products.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and records related to quality control and food safety.
  • Provide training and support to production staff on quality control procedures and food safety protocols.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality control and food safety in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
