Stiamo cercando un professionista per ricoprire il ruolo di People Planner Retail all'HQ di Milano di una delle principali realtà retail italiane. Il candidato ideale sarà inserito nel Dipartimento Operations HQ e sarà coinvolto nelle seguenti attività:

Responsabilità
  • Supervisione della pianificazione e gestione efficace delle risorse umane nei punti vendita, garantendo l'ottimizzazione dei tempi e l'efficienza operativa.
  • Analisi dei dati relativi ai tempi e ai metodi di lavoro per identificare aree di miglioramento e implementare soluzioni strategiche.
  • Collaborazione con i manager dei negozi per sviluppare piani di lavoro efficienti che migliorino la produttività e soddisfino gli obiettivi aziendali.
Qualifiche
  • Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale, Risorse Umane o analoga formazione.
  • Esperienza comprovata come People Planner Retail o in un ruolo simile, con una forte comprensione dei principi di tempi e metodi.
  • Eccellenti capacità analitiche e di problem solving.
  • Capacità di lavorare in modo indipendente e come parte di un team.
  • Forti competenze organizzative e di gestione del tempo.

Gradita conoscenza del software Zucchetti per la pianificazione del personale, la gestione dei turni e l'analisi.
