Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Fraud Detection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Partner Compliance department, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating fraudulent activities within our affiliate network. Your expertise will help ensure the integrity and security of our platform, protecting our partners and users from potential threats.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fraud Detection and Investigation: Utilize your analytical skills to investigate publishers on the Awin and ShareASale networks, ensuring compliance with our Terms and Conditions, Code of Conduct, and Client Program Terms. Monitor performance and transactional data to detect suspicious activities and potential fraud.
  • Risk Management: Assess the risk associated with publisher activities and make informed decisions regarding sanction options for non-compliant or fraudulent publishers.
  • Payment Monitoring: Regularly review publisher payments on the Awin and ShareASale platforms, focusing on identifying and analyzing any irregularities.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Customer Service and/or Fraud Investigations Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service and/or fraud investigations is mandatory.
  • Online Environment Expertise: Relevant experience in an online setting is highly preferred, indicating familiarity with digital platforms, social media platforms, and e-commerce environments.
  • Client Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service, with a proven track record of proactivity and quality results.
