Job Description

Waddi Srl, a leading company in the field of personnel research and selection, is seeking a Commercialista Senior - Tax & Accounting for a prestigious global services company operating in the fields of accounting, tax, and legal consulting.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with tax and accounting issues, both ordinary and extraordinary, including cross-border operations, for medium and large-sized companies, including those listed on the stock exchange.
  • Prepare tax calculations and support the preparation of tax returns and other compliance requirements, with responsibility and supervision of assistants.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements in accordance with OIC and IAS/IFRS standards.
  • Provide consulting services on extraordinary operations (e.g., M&A and deal structuring) and international taxation, closely collaborating with partners.
  • Perform company valuations and expert opinions.
  • Manage tax disputes.
  • Support the preparation of business plans and industrial plans for clients.
  • Respond to questions and provide opinions.
  • Interact with foreign references and clients in English.
Required Skills
  • Professional qualification as a Commercialista and registration on the professional register.
  • At least 5-8 years of professional experience in the field of fiscal and societarian consulting, with reference to corporate tax, international tax, due diligence, M&A, and company valuations, as well as the preparation of business plans and societarian restructuring.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Double Entry Accounting and Accounting.
  • Proactivity and strong motivation towards the consulting sector.
Preferred Skills
  • Registration on the Register of Auditors.
  • Knowledge of Teamsystem and Profis.
