Amplifon, a leading global company in hearing care solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Global Finance Transformation Senior Specialist to join its team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a critical role in driving finance transformation and improving processes and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with global and local project teams to implement the target operating model and ensure linkage to the central team.
- Develop, track, and analyze detailed processes with country finance teams.
- Design end-to-end processes across the finance function and map critical processes and issues.
- Identify areas of improvement and leverage experience and knowledge to drive change.
- Review and improve end-to-end finance processes, information, and controls.
- Manage ad-hoc or newly created requirements and set up regular governance meetings and updates.
- Develop and deliver solutions to improve automation, efficiency, and business insights.
- University degree in Finance or a related field with a solid finance background.
- At least 5 years of experience in a cross-functional finance role, ideally in a high-growth international business.
- Experience working in finance transformation roles or in a management consultancy company in finance transformation projects.
- Process analysis and continuous improvement experience and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
