About the Role

Amplifon, a leading global company in hearing care solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Global Finance Transformation Senior Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a critical role in driving finance transformation and improving processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with global and local project teams to implement the target operating model and ensure linkage to the central team.
  • Develop, track, and analyze detailed processes with country finance teams.
  • Design end-to-end processes across the finance function and map critical processes and issues.
  • Identify areas of improvement and leverage experience and knowledge to drive change.
  • Review and improve end-to-end finance processes, information, and controls.
  • Manage ad-hoc or newly created requirements and set up regular governance meetings and updates.
  • Develop and deliver solutions to improve automation, efficiency, and business insights.
Requirements
  • University degree in Finance or a related field with a solid finance background.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a cross-functional finance role, ideally in a high-growth international business.
  • Experience working in finance transformation roles or in a management consultancy company in finance transformation projects.
  • Process analysis and continuous improvement experience and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
