Global Finance Transformation Senior Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Finance Transformation Senior Specialist to join our team at Amplifon. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in driving finance transformation and improving our financial processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with global and local project teams to implement the target operating model and ensure linkage to the central team in the execution of country roll-outs.
  • Collaborate with country finance teams to develop, track, and analyze detailed processes.
  • Design end-to-end processes across the finance function and map and define critical processes and issues.
  • Identify areas of improvement and leverage your experience and knowledge to drive change.
  • Review and improve end-to-end finance processes, information, and controls.
  • Manage ad-hoc or newly created requirements and set up and run regular governance meetings and updates to stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver solutions to improve automation, efficiency, and business insights.
  • Drive simplification and standardization of processes and be engaging, proactive, and influential.

Requirements

  • University degree in Finance or a related field with a solid finance background.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in a cross-functional finance role, ideally in a high-growth international business.
  • Experience working in the company's finance department on finance transformation roles or in a management consultancy company in finance transformation projects.
  • Process analysis and continuous improvement experience and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
