Role Overview

Fernox, a leading manufacturer of water treatment chemical products, central heating system filters, plumbing consumables, and diagnostic testing services, seeks a highly skilled Country Sales Manager to drive sales growth in Italy.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for implementing the sales strategy for domestic and commercial water treatment products to designated merchants and distributors in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and work with the sales team to implement the sales strategy and quarterly actions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the Italian market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and sales leads.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategy.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to the sales team and management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven sales experience in the Italian market, preferably in the water treatment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the Italian sales landscape and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in English and Italian languages.
