Key Responsibilities- Provide technical support to the sales team during tender and offer preparation, including product selection and application questions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and outside sales teams, handling pre- and after-sales requests via email, phone, and other channels.
- Support on-site problems, configuration, commissioning, and after-sales requests, working closely with the sales department to identify and manage potential critical issues.
- Collaborate across channels and sales teams, ensuring a standardized interface with customers, escalation, and relationships within the Regional Country and Head Quarters.
- Manage customer requirements, work closely with the sales department, and participate in business trips to customer sites and international meetings.
- Be under 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract.
- Hold a technical academic background or be a fresh graduate.
- Have proficiency in English and Italian.
- Exhibit customer orientation, team player ability, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for continuous growth.
- Be eligible to work in Italy.
