We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Technical Sales Support Professional in the Building Products BU area. As an apprentice, you will be trained in a comprehensive and state-of-the-art program to develop your personal and professional skills.

During your apprenticeship, you will have the support of a mentor to achieve your career goals within Siemens. You will be empowered to make a difference for a better tomorrow with your full potential and creativity.

Your Challenge

As a Technical Sales Support Professional, some of your main activities will be:

  • Support sales during tender and offer preparation in product selection, application questions, and other pre-sales activities.
  • Act as a direct point of contact for customers and outside sales teams for pre and after-sales requests via email, telephone, and other channels.
  • Support during on-site problems, configuration, commissioning, and all other after-sales requests.
  • Work across channels where applicable and thus also across sales teams.
  • Process-oriented approach: standardized interface to customers, escalation, and relationships within the Regional Country and our Head Quarters (Switzerland and Germany).
  • Ability to manage all customer requirements and work closely with the sales department to identify and manage potential critical issues.
  • Business trips, with a tutor, in Italy for customer visits and rarely abroad for international meetings and/or for refresher trainings at our Head Quarters.

Required entry qualifications:

  • You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract.
  • You are a fresh graduate or have a technical academic background.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Customer orientation.
  • Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a changing environment.
  • Passion to never-stop growing.
  • Respect and appreciation of each person's uniqueness, willingness to co-create and share knowledge.
  • Eligibility to work in Italy.
