Role Overview

The B2B Technical Sales Specialist is a key position at Samsung Electronics, requiring expertise in domain products and solutions. The ideal candidate will provide support to prospects, customers, partners, and the MX B2B sales team with in-depth knowledge of Samsung technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the MX B2B sales team to deliver technical assistance and insights;
  • Analyze sales data and forecast information to inform business decisions;
  • Cocreate engaging events, live demos, and training sessions to enhance the Samsung convergence experience;
Requirements

Educational Background: A degree in Management, TLC, or IT Engineering is preferred;

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office tools is essential, with basic knowledge of MDM platforms considered an advantage;

Language Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English skills are required, with Italian language proficiency also valued;

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong teamwork, and high accuracy in task completion are necessary for success in this role.
