The Technical Support Specialist for After Sales Operations works within the Ownership Experience Department and focuses on improving the quality of the Kia Dealer Network by enhancing repair quality, aftersales processes, and customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to dealers' inquiries, ensuring prompt responses and efficient case resolution.
  • Offer complete explanations supported by KIA technical documentation.
  • Coach dealers on repair processes and monitor daily THL cases for timely resolution and quality of solution.
  • Evaluate critical solutions and escalate major issues to supervisors and teams for proper management.
  • Closely cooperate with the After Sales team, particularly PS Warranty and Customer Care, to facilitate swift case closure.
  • Visit dealers to identify critical repairs and provide immediate reports to involved parties.
  • Manage specific technical projects, such as LPG development tests.
  • Produce ad hoc reports on technical department activities.
  • Ensure the Network has required documentation for proper vehicle repair: create, translate, or update documents as needed.
  • Promote Special Tools usage across the network by maintaining an updated special tools list.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Engineering or an automotive-related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or technical environment within the automotive sector.
  • Fluent Italian (spoken and written) and English language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS-office, with expertise in Excel and PPT.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external customers.

Estimated Salary Range: €55,000 - €70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
