Job Summary

We're looking for a seasoned data professional to lead our Data team and drive business growth through data-driven insights. As a Head of Data Insights, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a data-driven mindset and decision-making process, and provide in-depth data analysis to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement data strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives
  • Lead a high-performing data team and develop a comprehensive data strategy (data analytics, data science)
  • Establish a data-driven mindset and decision-making process across the organization
  • Provide in-depth data analysis to support business decisions and monitor performance
  • Enable the effective prioritization of product initiatives through experimentation at scale and user behavior analysis
Requirements
  • Deep expertise across data analytics and data science
  • Proven experience in building and leading high-performing data teams
  • Proficiency in data analysis frameworks and programming languages (SQL, Python, R, etc.)
  • Expertise in predictive modeling (e.g., LTV, Churn, Forecasting, Fraud) and Data Visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, PowerBI, etc.)
  • Domain knowledge in Marketing (attribution, measurement) and Product (experimentation)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
