About the Role:

At FASTSIGNS of Northern Kentucky, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Solution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients through various communication channels and transforming prospects into loyal customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers via email, phone, and in person to foster lasting relationships.
  • Craft estimates, manage work orders, and ensure prompt delivery of services.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and contribute to business and marketing strategies.
  • Handle billing and accounts receivable with precision.

Experience:
