Job Title: Customer Service Representative Prom
Job Purpose: To provide an exceptional customer service experience by welcoming customers, completing rental operations efficiently, and ensuring complete satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive customers at the counter and manage rental agreements in compliance with company procedures.
- Offer solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and streamline available company assets to ensure the best customer service and profitability.
- Coordinate check-in operations and handle vehicle checks in the car park.
- Maximize profit by offering services and ancillary products to customers.
- Manage daily branch petty cash (if required).
Requirements:
- High School Graduation or University education.
- Previous sales and customer service experience.
- Fluent Level of English (+ second language).
- Microsoft Office.
- Full Driving License.

- Ability to work well as a team with 100% customer focus.
