About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Disponente Ufficio Traffico to join our Operations team in Milan. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our carrier network within Italy, supervising daily transports, and handling inquiries from carriers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Expand our carrier network by identifying and onboarding key partners;
  • Supervise daily transports in Italy and handle inquiries from carriers;
  • Use your knowledge of the partner's business to identify opportunities and offer solutions;
  • Manage day-to-day operations tasks.
Requirements
  • Confidence in using data to analyze and track key metrics;
  • Efficient ability to manage workload and priorities;
  • Knowledge of geography transport rules;
  • 1-2 years' experience in full truck load transport by road and express courier;
  • Fluent Italian and good knowledge of English;
  • Great attention to detail and organized approach;
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to work under stress;
  • Mediation skills and claims management;
  • Pricing capacity and knowledge of transport rules.
