About the TeamAmazon Logistics (AMZL) handles 'last mile' delivery duties in partnership with third-party distribution businesses. Our goal is to make our customers' delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts, like Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, and Amazon Restaurants.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Excellent oral and written communication in Italian
- English speaker at the professional level
- Experience in leading medium teams (30/50 team members) for at least 3 years
- Experience in logistics, industrial production, supply chain, quality, continuous improvement, or transport
- Mastering a third language (German, Polish, Czech, Slovakian, Spanish, or French)
- At least 2 years leading teams of 100, or more, people
- Master's degree or equivalent
