We are seeking a highly skilled Reliability and Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Momentive. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal management, availability, and reliability of our assets.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize maintenance costs and equipment downtime.
- Measure and analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize asset utilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures.
- Conduct root cause analyses to identify and address equipment failures and reliability issues.
- Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards to track maintenance activities, performance metrics, and asset health.
- Provide technical support and guidance to maintenance personnel, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve maintenance processes and asset reliability.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance and reliability engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or process industry setting.
- Strong knowledge of predictive and preventive maintenance techniques, including condition monitoring, vibration analysis, and lubrication management.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in SAP or other maintenance management software.
