International Construction Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the design, planning, and construction phases of new foreign business units in the Plant and Infrastructure area. This includes:

  • Supervising the design review during all phases of the project with local professional companies, in compliance with EssilorLuxottica standards and current legislation.
  • Providing technical specifications and detailed technical-economic analyses to define design requirements for correct execution of works and/or services.
  • Drafting site progress reports for monitoring activities in continuous dialogue with the Client.
  • Coordinating and managing the construction site for the correct sequence of material procurement.
  • Managing the budget associated with the project, allocating resources to achieve expected quality standards.
  • Technical alignment of competing companies in support of the Tender Manager and Procurement office.
  • Monitoring and reporting project progress to stakeholders involved in the project.

Requirements

We are looking for a motivated, curious, and enterprising senior talent to join our Group. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Degree with excellent results in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Construction project management.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Oriented towards critical analysis and problem-solving.
  • Fluent English and Italian.
