About the Role



We are seeking a skilled R&D Paint Project Manager to join our R&D Department at EssilorLuxottica Group.




  • As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the formulation of coating systems for various materials, including plastic and metal.
  • You will also develop specialty enamels for specific applications, focusing on innovative solutions that meet our customers' needs.
  • In addition, you will be expected to support product issues arising in the market and provide technical assistance to ensure smooth operations.
  • Optimization of production performance will be another key area of focus, requiring you to analyze and improve processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Furthermore, you may have the opportunity to develop innovative coatings that push the boundaries of what is possible.


Requirements




  • Deep technical knowledge in one or more of the following fields: materials, chemicals, coating, process, molding.
  • A good scientific background, enabling you to investigate and deeply study specific topics or issues.
  • Ability to manage projects related to coating topics.
  • Supplier management expertise.
  • Ability to manage a team of R&D researchers.
