Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and enterprising senior talent to join our team as a Construction Project Manager. This role will involve managing the design, planning, and construction phases of new foreign business units, ensuring compliance with ESSILOR LUXOTTICA standards and local legislation.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise the design, planning, and construction phases of new foreign business units
- Review designs during all phases of the project, ensuring compliance with ESSILOR LUXOTTICA standards and local legislation
- Provide technical specifications and detailed technical-economic analyses to define design requirements
- Draft site progress reports to monitor activities and ensure continuous dialogue with the Client
- Coordinate and manage the construction site to ensure the correct sequence of material procurement
- Manage the budget associated with the project, allocating resources to achieve expected quality standards
- Align competing companies in support of the Tender Manager and Procurement office
- Monitor and report project progress to all stakeholders involved, sharing problems and solutions
- Manage possible variations and modifications to achieve required outputs
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent critical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Ability to develop a fruitful network
- Fluent English and Italian
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Construction project management
- Degree with excellent results in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
