POSITION OVERVIEW
We are in search of a proactive, inquisitive, and entrepreneurial senior professional to take on the role of Construction Project Manager.
In this capacity, you will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the design, planning, and construction phases of new international business units within the Plant and Infrastructure sector;
- Conducting design reviews throughout all project phases in collaboration with local professional firms, ensuring compliance with EssilorLuxottica standards and local regulations;
- Providing technical specifications and comprehensive technical-economic analyses to define design requirements essential for the successful execution of projects;
- Preparing site progress reports to facilitate effective monitoring of activities while maintaining continuous communication with stakeholders;
- Coordinating and managing construction sites to ensure the timely procurement of materials necessary for various construction phases;
- Managing project budgets and allocating resources to meet expected quality standards from design through to construction and commissioning;
- Aligning technical specifications of competing firms in support of the Tender Manager and Procurement department during contractor selection;
- Monitoring and reporting on project progress to all stakeholders, sharing any challenges and proposed solutions;
- Managing potential changes and modifications necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

- You are fluent in English and Italian.
