Reporting to the Brand Business Leader and collaborating with the PPD Communication & Advocacy Manager, the Advocacy & Influence Management role focuses on crafting the brand's social strategy to enhance its visibility, engagement, and consumer trust.

The Advocacy & Influence Management team ensures alignment between the Advocacy activation plan and the Brand Media Plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with the PPD Communication & Advocacy Manager to identify brand ambassadors and top influencers, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and compliance with divisional guidelines.
  • Digital Activations: Develop and execute digital initiatives for brand ambassadors and influencers while adhering to budgetary constraints.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators and analyze digital advocacy outcomes for reference brands and the hair category, sharing insights with internal stakeholders.
  • Influencer Development: Create a comprehensive network of digital influencers and content creators for relevant brands.
  • Micro Community Management: Identify and engage local communities, activating micro and nano influencers pertinent to the brands.
  • User-Generated Content: Formulate strategies to encourage the creation of user-generated content.
  • Agency Collaboration: Manage relationships with influencer agencies.
  • Trends & Insights: Conduct social listening to monitor brand networks and the hair category.
  • Competitive Analysis: Analyze competitors to refine marketing strategies for reference brands.
  • Best Practices: Develop and share best practices with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Commerce Partnerships: Assist the eKAM/Emerch team in developing social commerce initiatives under the guidance of the PPD Communication & Advocacy Manager.
