Jil Sander is in search of an ideal candidate for the Milan Store as a Client Engagement Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:


• Assisting the team in transforming each customer interaction into an outstanding and memorable experience.


• Fostering a genuine and enduring connection with colleagues by encouraging professional development, practicing respectful listening, and promoting inclusivity.


• Serving as a liaison in the sales area between team members and the store manager to guide and achieve both individual and collective goals, while acting as a mentor by proactively sharing insights, reflections, and experiences.


• Actively participating in the creation and execution of corporate strategies aimed at boosting sales across various product categories and customer segments.


• Delivering exceptional and specialized customer service to cultivate long-term relationships through CRM initiatives.

• Aiding the store manager in steering the store's strategy to attain optimal sales performance.
