Job Title: Brand Manager

At Perrigo, we are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring product/brand marketing plans to achieve sales and profit objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to develop targeted brand strategies.
  • Develop and execute brand plans, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to drive business growth.
  • Establish performance metrics, cost parameters, and sales estimates to measure campaign success.
  • Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors' activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
  • Manage brand P&L to ensure financial performance aligns with targets.
Requirements:
  • Brand management experience within the FMCG/Consumer Health/Pharma sector.
  • Experience in devising campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
  • University degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or Management.
  • Excellent understanding of the marketing mix.
  • Ability to demonstrate creativity and think outside the box.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external partners.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, and spreadsheets.
  • Advanced English language skills.
  • Knowledge of market data analysis tools.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Digital marketing experience is a plus.
