Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Commis de Rang for the upcoming season to enhance our restaurant operations.

Ideal Candidate: The successful applicant will embrace new challenges and be eager to pursue personal and professional growth. A strong commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences, along with a sense of care and community, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the daily operations of our Food & Beverage venues in accordance with company standards.
  • Prepare and arrange dining areas, including tables, chairs, linens, and tableware.
  • Assist the Chef de Rang in providing outstanding service.
  • Manage mise en place effectively.
  • Oversee the customer experience, ensuring every detail is attended to from arrival to service.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal.
  • Emotional intelligence to understand and respond to the needs of guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to adapt and propose solutions when faced with challenges.
  • Team-oriented mindset, willing to share knowledge and seek feedback.

Additional Requirements:

  • Preferred background in Tourism or Hospitality.
  • A genuine passion for service and a desire for professional advancement.
  • Prior experience in a similar role, including internships.
  • References available upon request.
  • Fluency in Italian and basic English proficiency.
  • HACCP Certification is required.
