As a Business Account Management Intern at Amazon, you will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with our Selling Partners. These individuals or businesses sell their products independently on Amazon, and you will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing them to help them reach customers worldwide.

You will work at the intersection of Amazon and its Selling Partners, providing customized strategic business advice to improve their overall performance and grow sales. This will involve collaborating with other teams across the business to identify and resolve gaps and pain points for Selling Partners.

As part of our Marketplace team, you will be part of a dynamic and innovative environment that enables all our Selling Partners to be successful. You will have the opportunity to work on internal projects and new feature launches to improve the Selling Partner experience.

To be successful in this role, you will need to be fluent in English (C1 or higher) and Italian (C1 or higher). You will also need to be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, Economics, or Engineering.

We offer a paid 6-month internship that includes mentorship, opportunities to get involved in Amazon Affinity Groups, and the chance to take ownership of your career. A successful internship could lead to a full-time graduate role after completing your university studies.

As a Sales and Account Management intern, you will be part of a team that identifies, establishes, and supports Selling Partners on the Amazon platform.

Our minimum requirements include being available to commence an internship between January and December 2025, pursuing a relevant degree, and being fluent in English and Italian. You will be based in Milan for the duration of the internship, and a relocation package may be offered subject to an eligibility criterion.
