We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper Assistant to join our team at Borgo San Felice Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our rooms and common areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and tidy rooms and common areas to the highest standards
- Assist with the daily renewal of linen, tidy up rooms, and reorder client items and personal effects
- Provide exceptional turn down service in the evening
- Verify the status of rooms and inventory of provided items when guests depart
- Collaborate with the Housekeeper to ensure seamless daily operations
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a high-end context or similar work environment
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages
- Professionalism, flexibility, precision, responsibility, and speed in service
- Predisposition to teamwork and collaboration
- Seasonal fixed-term contract with right of precedence for the following year
- Flat-rate Tourism CCNL and annual production bonus
- Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday with one day off during the season
