We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper Assistant to join our team at Borgo San Felice Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our rooms and common areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and tidy rooms and common areas to the highest standards
- Assist with the daily renewal of linen, tidying up rooms, and reordering client items and personal effects
- Provide exceptional turn-down service in the evening
- Verify the status of rooms and inventory of provided items when guests depart
- Collaborate with the Housekeeper to complete daily reports
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a similar work context or high-end premises
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages
- Professionalism, flexibility, precision, responsibility, and speed in service, with a predisposition to teamwork
- Seasonal fixed-term contract with the right of precedence for the following year
- Flat-rate Tourism CCNL and annual production bonus
- Full-time availability from Monday to Sunday with one day off during the season
- Board and lodging in a shared apartment with two-person rooms
- Utilities charged to the company
- Internal training at management and procedures level
- Training on the world of Relais & Chateaux and quality assessment, main regulations in force
- HR Relais & Chateaux circuit insertion plan
