Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeper Assistant to join our team at Borgo San Felice Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our rooms and common areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and tidy rooms and common areas to the highest standards
  • Assist with the daily renewal of linen, tidy up rooms, and reorder client items and personal effects
  • Provide exceptional turn-down service in the evening
  • Verify the status of rooms and inventory of provided items when guests depart
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeper to complete daily reports
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a similar work context or high-end premises
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English languages
  • Professionalism, flexibility, precision, responsibility, and speed in service, with a predisposition to teamwork
