About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Sales Manager to join our team at AWS EMEA SARL (Italy Branch). As a Partner Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and customer adoption across our partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic plans with partners to drive business outcomes for customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sales teams, and customers to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product management, to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide guidance and support to partners on AWS solutions and services to help them deliver value to customers.
  • Work closely with Partner Sales Solution Architects (PSSA) and Partner Development Managers (PDM) to ensure partners deliver quality results and engage with the local market.

Requirements
  • 7-10+ years of field partner engagement experience with a software, cloud, or technology vendor.
  • Experience working directly with partners and sales teams to create compelling business outcomes for customers.
  • Ability to create and execute strategic plans with partners and/or sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills with the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
  • Demonstrated experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
