We are seeking a highly skilled Digital IC Verification Specialist to join our team in Italy.

At Vishay, we manufacture a broad portfolio of discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components that are essential to innovative designs in various markets.

As a Digital IC Verification Specialist, you will work with an experienced team and be exposed to the entire product lifecycle from definition and requirements through IC design to silicon support.

The successful candidate will develop top and block level verification test plans based on the specification of power ICs, build and maintain the verification environment, drive quality to achieve maximum target of code and functional coverage, and drive innovation in verification technology.

What you will bring along:

  • PhD, post-graduate or degree qualification in Electronic Engineering or similar.
  • 15+ years' relevant engineering experience with experience as technical lead and mentor.
  • Solid knowledge of UVM and familiarity with vertical reuse techniques.
  • Experience in Assertion Based Verification: PSL and SVA.
  • Experience in formal methodology for functional coverage and debugging.
  • Experience in scripting: TCL, CSH, Python.
  • Knowledge of analog & mixed-signal IC architectures and integration requirements.
  • Familiarity with power-aware verification using UPF/UCF.
  • Experience in co-verification and knowledge of Jama and Jira are nice to have.
  • Experience with power management products.
  • Experience of working in wide-ranging roles and flexible environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
