Join Our Team as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Cpl Taylor By Synergos Srl - Ricerca E Selezione Personale Qualificato. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the transfer and implementation of AP/AR processes from Finland through online training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client billing and register invoices in various ERP systems such as Oracle and NetSuite
  • Ensure compliance with US GAAP standards
  • Process recurring invoices and credit card payments
  • Coding NON-PO invoices and managing employee expenses through systems like Chrome River and Concur
  • Process both automatic and manual payments, create accruals, and assist in the month-end close process
  • Handle vendor queries, support audits, update AP/AR procedures, and perform various ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in AP/AR department
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • US GAAP knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to work in an international team
  • Flexibility and good organization of working time
  • Good written and spoken English and Italian
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
