About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Trading Specialist to join our team in Padova, Italy. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our auctions and platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be a point of reference for customers throughout the auction process.
  • E nsure that auction prices and guaranteed prices are defined quickly and accurately for optimal platform success.
  • Daily monitor auction progress to optimize transactions on the platform.
  • Work collaboratively with Digital Car Trading Specialists to achieve challenging operational targets.

You will also be responsible for supporting and managing customer complaints in coordination with various teams.

The Need-to-Have Skills
  • Knowledge of the automotive market, including makes, models, and prices.
  • Preferred background in the automotive market, such as dealerships or automakers, or consulting firms specializing in the field.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills, with a systematic and analytical approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work with digital tools and quickly adapt to new systems.
  • Good time management skills and strong propensity for teamwork.
  • Fluent English language skills and good communication skills.
