We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the CEO of our dynamic client in the Fashion Industry.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including secretarial and personal assistance.
- Filter and manage the CEO's email, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and correspondence, showcasing exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal stakeholders, maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
- Ensure office and general organization, with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record (5-10 years) as an executive assistant or in a similar role, with a strong background in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Salary Package: The expected salary range is €38,000 to €45,000, depending on experience, with additional benefits including a ticket restaurant and a competitive benefits package.
Working hours: 8:00-13:00/14:00-17:00, with no smart working policy.
