Descrizione del ruolo

Il Responsabile Compliance Industriale sarà responsabile di sviluppare e applicare gli standard di compliance in tutte le operazioni della divisione industriale in Italia, garantendo l'allineamento con le politiche del gruppo e i requisiti legali.

Responsabilità principali
  • Sviluppare e applicare gli standard di compliance in tutte le operazioni della divisione industriale in Italia.
  • Guidare l'implementazione delle procedure anticorruzione, dei doveri del programma di vigilanza e dei piani di verifica della conformità interna.
  • Progettare e realizzare programmi di formazione mirati sulla compliance per il personale.
  • Collaborare strettamente con il General Counsel EMEA & Industrial per mantenere e migliorare il quadro generale di conformità all'interno del quale opera la divisione industriale.
  • Supervisionare meticolosamente gli audit dei fornitori.
  • Supervisionare l'adesione al Decreto Legislativo 231/2001 (Modello 231).
  • Condurre valutazioni approfondite di potenziali obiettivi di acquisizione dal punto di vista della conformità.
  • Promuovere iniziative di protezione dei dati all'interno della divisione industriale.
Qualifiche richieste

Il candidato ideale avrà 7-10 anni di esperienza in ambienti industriali e una laurea in legge. Ulteriori certificazioni in materia di compliance sono vantaggiose.

Il Responsabile Compliance Industriale dovrà avere capacità dimostrate di lavorare in modo indipendente con una supervisione minima, mantenendo alti livelli di iniziativa e curiosità per le tendenze e le pratiche emergenti del settore.

La conoscenza dell'inglese è richiesta, mentre la conoscenza fluente del francese sarà considerata un vantaggio significativo.

Il Responsabile Compliance Industriale dovrà avere uno stile di lavoro autonomo bilanciato da una tendenza alla collaborazione con i team interfunzionali.
