Aethos Monterosa seeks an exceptional Housekeeper to join our team in Champoluc, Aosta Valley. With a passion for cleanliness and attention to detail, you will ensure every guest feels at home during their stay.
**Company Overview:**
Aethos Monterosa is a 30-room five-star luxury resort with two FB outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall. We strive to create a welcoming environment for our guests, where they can unwind and recharge. Our team shares a sense of pride in providing outstanding hospitality and ensuring every detail meets the highest standards.
**Job Description:**
As a Housekeeper, your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and common areas. You will work closely with the housekeeping team and other staff members to ensure seamless operations and provide excellent guest service. Your duties will include:
• Cleaning and maintaining guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms
• Handling linen and towel management, ensuring each room is fully stocked and ready for the next guest
• Maintaining cleanliness in common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and lounges
• Responding to guest requests for extra amenities and services
• Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and reporting when replenishment is needed
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Fluent English language skills (Italian is a must)
• 1+ years of hospitality experience (previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred)
• A passion for cleanliness and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
• Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role, including standing, walking, and lifting
• Friendly and positive attitude, with a dedication to providing excellent guest service
**Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary of €25,000 - €35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive special rates on stays and services at our hotel, opportunities for professional development and training, and possibilities for growth within the Aethos brand.
**Estimated Salary:** €28,500 per annum
