Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and efficient Restaurant Runner to join our vibrant dining team. As a key player in ensuring smooth and seamless service, you will be responsible for delivering dishes from the kitchen to the dining tables with speed and precision.
Responsibilities- Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area, maintaining promptness and quality.
- Support servers by refilling drinks, clearing plates, and providing essential items to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, quickly clearing and resetting tables.
- Serve as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house team, communicating special requests and timing effectively.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of the dining area before and after service.
- 1+ year of experience in hospitality or a related field.
- Fluency in English is a must; Italian proficiency is a plus.
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with the team.
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods.
