A 30-room five-star active luxury resort with two FB outlets, a SPA, and its own climbing and ice climbing wall.
We just took over the operations of Aethos Monterosa and will further develop the property with 20 additional rooms.
We are now looking for an outstanding team that can help to fulfill our operational plan together with us.
We are currently on a pre-winter season break, and when we reopen, the hotel has to be filled with life and a new team

That's why we are looking for youOverview:Aethos Hotels is seeking an experienced and passionate Japanese Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at our exclusive Izakaya-style restaurant in the breathtaking Italian Alps.
Our restaurant specializes in aged meats, expertly blending traditional Japanese culinary techniques with the rich, local flavors of the Alps.Key ResponsibilitiesMenu Development: Craft and innovate a menu that showcases aged meats and traditional Izakaya dishes, ensuring a unique and memorable dining experience.Culinary Leadership: Supervise all kitchen operations, maintaining the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and authenticity.
Inspire and train the kitchen team, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.Ingredient Sourcing: Build relationships with local suppliers to source premium ingredients, emphasizing aged meats and seasonal produce.
