About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our Service Signalling Business Unit at Alstom. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure compliance with current legislation, Alstom policies, and industry standards.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet customer requirements and expectations.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring minimal impact on project timelines and budgets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a structured company.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a global environment.
