We are seeking a highly skilled Project Installation Manager to lead our site operations team in delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all site activities, ensuring seamless integration of our systems and equipment.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion of site activities.
- Site Operations Management: Oversee and coordinate all site operations, including resource allocation, site access, and tool management.
- Installation and Testing: Manage the installation and testing of our systems and equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Subcontractor Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet quality and delivery expectations.
- Interface Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including design, engineering, and procurement teams, to ensure smooth project execution.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and quality.
- Education: Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in field work execution in the railway sector.
- Skills: Strong understanding of interface processes between civil works and rail sub-systems, experience in Environment, Health & Safety, and team spirit approach.
