Michael Kors is seeking a talented Sales Ambassador to join our team.
As a Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.
Key responsibilities include:
People:
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support the team in a fast-paced retail environment.
Maintain a positive and professional image, adhering to our company's grooming and image standards.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing personalized service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
Service:
Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding experiences.
Utilize technology to manage client communication, maintain client databases, and drive sales growth.
Sales:
Meet and exceed sales goals, holding yourself accountable for results and driving sales growth.
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, using it to advise customers and drive sales.
Operations:
Ensure loss prevention and H&S guidelines are properly followed, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring a visually appealing store environment.
Job Requirements:
A passion for fashion and a desire to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Proficiency in technology, with the ability to leverage it to drive sales and customer experience.
