Job Title: Supply Chain Manager Italy, Switzerland and Greece

Ecolab is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Italy, Switzerland, and Greece. As a key member of our Supply Chain organization, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end supply chain operations within your region, ensuring excellent customer experience and cost-effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy efficient supply chain solutions to protect customer service and costs
  • Closely collaborate with internal stakeholders, including divisions in Italy, Switzerland, and Greece
  • Develop close relationships with Ecolab's 3PLs, ensuring expected performance in line with contract terms
  • Present supply chain voice in the Italian Management Team, acting as a subject matter expert
  • Manage quality, service, and cost metrics, monitoring and reporting set KPIs
Requirements:
  • Engineering or Business Administration degree, Masters in Supply Chain a plus
  • Experience in similar role required > 3 years, with customer service, planning, logistics, operations, or related field experience a must
  • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, Operational SAP knowledge, and project management qualification a bonus
  • Exposure to TPM and/or Lean Manufacturing principles, demonstration of financial acumen
Competences and Skills:
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), great presentation skills
  • Strong collaborator and influencer, ability to exercise independent judgement, think critically, and work well in cross-functional teams
  • Excellent decision-making skills, track record of exceptional leadership and team development
