Job Summary
Glaxosmithkline is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Research Scientist in Molecular Biology to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for participating in the design of scientific research experiments, working closely with scientific staff to implement experiments, collect and interpret data, and communicate complex scientific information to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Participate in the design of scientific research experiments under the guidance of a scientific tutor
Work closely with scientific staff to implement experiments, collect and interpret data
Utilize scientific knowledge and experience to influence technical decisions
Implement highest ethical standards, good scientific practices, and data integrity in daily scientific activities
Participate in writing internal and external reports and scientific documents in support of projects
Communicate effectively with manager, senior scientific staff, and members from other functions to ensure project progression

Requirements
Master's Degree in Biology or Biotechnology or similar field
Basic qualifications: laboratory experience, knowledge of bacterial and cell lines manipulation, bacterial microbiology, molecular and cellular biology, and basic immunological techniques
Preferred qualifications: microscopy experience and/or other imaging technologies
Written and spoken fluency in English
